Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that MFHR collects and processes, within its electronic pages among other activities.

Personal data refers to any information that can lead to the identification of a user.

The website is in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 679/2016. In particular, personal data is subject to lawful processing in a transparent manner. The data are collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and are not processed in any way incompatible with the original purposes. Events: 

When submitting your application for participation in an event, MFHR collects the data specified in the participation form, which is necessary for promoting information material, replying to any request and personalized communication and realizing its training and information objectives. Some of your personal data (photos and audio-visual footage) may be taken and published during and after the event in the framework of MFHR’s communication activities. If you do not agree with these processing of your personal data, please inform the person responsible for the event using the contact information and explicitly specifying your request.

The use of the website and the social media is in accordance to Law.
