The Marangopoulos Foundation for Human Rights (MFHR), as it does every year, will award Prizes-Scholarships for the 55th Summer Session of the René Cassin International Institute of Human Rights. These will be granted to the students who submitted the best original essays on the following topics:

1. Alternatives to Imprisonment in Greece and Human Rights
2. Recent Developments in the Case Law of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights
3. Developments in the Cyprus Issue: International Political and Legal Implications
4. Climate Change and Human Rights: Recent Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights

The award ceremony will take place at the MFHR Library, 1c Lycavittou Street (ground floor), on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 13:00

A small reception will follow.
