The Marangopoulos Foundation for Human Rights (MFHR), as it does every year, will award Prizes-Scholarships for the 54th Summer Session of the René Cassin International Institute of Human Rights. These will be granted to the students who submitted the best original essays on the following topics:

1. Grave Violations of Human Rights Worldwide: The Case of Gaza
2. Detention Conditions in Greek Prisons, in Light of the ECtHR Case Law
3. Gender-Based Discrimination in Afghanistan: The Fundamental Rights of Women Under Severe Threat

The award ceremony will take place at the MFHR Library, 1c Lycavittou Street (ground floor), on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.

A small reception will follow.
