The new digital tool of the MFHR Library: OPAC (Open Public Access Catalogue)
The Marangopoulos Foundation for Human Rights (MFHR) hosts one of the most comprehensive and up-to-date libraries in Greece in the field of human rights, serving as a valuable source of specialized knowledge for researchers, academics, legal professionals, students, and the general public.
The MFHR Library is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:15 PM to 7:15 PM, and on Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The library houses a rich collection of Greek and foreign-language journals, as well as the latest printed publications in the field of human rights.
With the aim of enhancing access to knowledge and modernizing our library’s digital capabilities, we are proud to introduce a new digital tool: the OPAC (Open Public Access Catalogue). Through OPAC, users can search for bibliographic records by author, title, subject, publisher, or ISBN/ISSN numbers.
This new tool is designed to act as a bridge between the MFHR Library and the public, facilitating access to information and promoting the dissemination of knowledge.
